Gloria Naluso

Driver

Gloria Naluso is a Driver at the Gender and Justice Unit (GJU), where she supports the safe transportation and mobility of staff, partners, and survivor-clients across programme areas and field activities. She brings several years of experience in logistics, fleet support, and field operations, having previously worked with organisations including Management Sciences for Health (MSH) and Concern Universal. Her responsibilities have included vehicle and fleet management support, distribution logistics, reporting, and coordination of field activities. At GJU, Gloria plays an important role in supporting the safety, responsiveness, and operational effectiveness of field teams, particularly during legal clinics, mobile court sessions, and community outreach activities. Beyond her driving responsibilities, she is also being integrated into GJU’s broader fieldwork approach through training in legal empowerment tools, trauma-informed care, and psychological first aid. Her role reflects GJU’s commitment to ensuring that every member of the team contributes to building survivor-centred, community-based access to justice systems.
