Rosella Chibwana is a results-driven project management professional with a solid background in public health, stakeholder engagement, and inclusive program implementation. With a strong track record in coordinating, planning, and delivering impactful programs, Rosella brings extensive experience in emergency response, data management, and promoting gender equity across various sectors.
Rosella has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR), a Diploma in Nursing from Daeyang University, and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Gender and Development Studies at LUANAR. Currently serving as a Project Officer for an elections-focused initiative. Rosella Chibwana leads efforts on gender and social inclusion to ensure that marginalized voices are represented and considered throughout the electoral process. Her role involves coordinating with key stakeholders, including government institutions, civil society organizations, and community-based groups, to uphold transparency, equity, and citizen participation..
She is adept at managing complex projects and navigating multi-sectoral partnerships, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes that foster inclusive development. Her work consistently prioritizes creating enabling environments for underrepresented populations by advancing both healthcare and democratic governance through inclusive practices and strategic engagement.
